Terms of Application

By submitting this online form, you agree to the following:

  • You represent and affirm that the information you are providing on this form is accurate and complete, and acknowledge that the AAGP Foundation/Grant Professionals Foundation will be relying on it in making a decision on your application for a 2011 Conference Scholarship. 
  • You understand and agree that we may contact the senior officer of your agency and/or the professional reference provided by e-mail or other means to verify the accuracy and completeness of the information you are providing. 
  • If you are awarded a scholarship, it will be in the form of a credit against conference registration fees and hotel, covering three nights of lodging (the scholarship award is subject to change without prior notice). You understand and agree that that the scholarship has no cash value. You represent that you are capable of, and are committing to in the event of an award of scholarship, covering your own transportation costs to the conference, as well as any other expenses you might incur. 
  • In the event of a scholarship award, within 14 days of attending the conference you will write a brief (minimum of 500 words) article on your experience at the conference for the AAGP/GPA Newsletter. You also agree to volunteer with the AAGP Foundation for a minimum of two hours during or before the conference.
  • You also agree that AAGP/GPA and/or the AAGP Foundation/Grant Professionals Foundation may publish on their websites, in the AAGP Newsletter, and/or in any other electronic or print medium your name, photographic likeness and other identifying information, announcing you as a scholarship recipient.
